    Lord Shiva was not born like a human or other mortal entities, according to Hindu mythology. Instead, it is believed that they are a component of the Brahman, the eternal and unbounded consciousness.     According to the legend surrounding the birth of Lord Shiva, the universe's creator, Brahma, was plagued by a sense of incompleteness and searched for the origin of his creation.

    He searched in all directions without being able to locate it. He heard a voice urging him to focus on the sound "Om" in his hour of need.     As Brahma focused on the sound of Om, Lord Shiva materialised in front of him. The ascetic Lord Shiva is frequently seen with matted hair, a third eye, and a snake wrapped around his neck.     His devotees think he can help them break free from the cycle of life and death because he is regarded as the maestro of yoga and meditation.
